In line with any mortgage company, proof of earnings is key to the process, and a guide for what documentation

Mortgage Holidays – after 1 year the possibility of deferring one month’s payment in any one year, (up to five deferrals).

Mortgage modulation – increase or reduce your payments by 30% after one year.
