Pręt a Partir is a new venture created to help people escape! As the quality of
life, for most of us continues to diminish in the UK, tens, no, hundreds of thousands of us seek an alternative, either
full or part time.
Guy Sheridan’s Mother is French and his Father English, and has always maintained a foot in both countries.
His early childhood was spent in France before being educated in England. A generous and welcoming set of cousins the
length and breadth of France ensured his continued and varied interest in the different regions of France through school
and teen years.
After graduating in Business studies and international marketing he ran French restaurants in London and later in
Devon before changing direction and developing barns in the South Hams. It wasn’t long before France called once more and
he began renovating houses in the Dordogne and Loire, and running a successful gite complex in Perigord Vert. With a
brother already in French real estate, and having dual nationality, Pręt seemed a logical step, uniting property
development, business sense and a genuine need to live and work in both countries.
